I read through the forums frequently and I see two main issues that frequently come up: 1. the BRCK team is trying to fix a problem that several users have, 2. asking about a feature that is not yet implemented because you're trying to work out the bugs.
Most people seem very supportive of your efforts. The one thing that seems to make people upset is the lack of information as to what's going on. I'm not upset, I have plenty of time on my hands. I can imagine some people don't have as much time as me so they're probably upset, which is understandable.
It seems to me that best way to fix this situation is to put a little more information out there as to what's going on. Perhaps, a separate page on BRCK.com....that talks about which features are not yet implemented because are you currently working on them? The major bugs you're trying to fix and how the update will arrive (charging issues, connectivity issues, etc...)?
Maybe you're working on this now? I'm sure you're all very busy. I can find most of that information if I read all the posts in the forum (which I try to do on my phone when I'm bumping along roads in the Mara) but I can't find any specific information about the update cycle and actual features implemented.
