This is SOOO frustrating. I have my BRCK with a Wireless connection, so connected to the internet.
When I connect to my BRCK, and try to go to my.brck.com - it redirects to /login, asking for an account, but I don't have an account... So, I look for help, and on these forums, I find this: https://forums.brck.com/t/unable-to-create-a-new-account/234, where I'm told to go to to 192.168.69.1 or "any unsecured webpage" and it'll redirect to a page where I can create an account - but both of these redirect to my.brck.com/login, once again asking for my non-existent account details.
I'm in a hellish circular loop. I can find no way to create an account, and only a page demanding my account details. I can get onto the local page, to get the thing connected, but I'm stuck there.... and any page on the web that I try to connect to redirects me to my.brck.com/login, which is a trap from which I can't escape.
Please can someone offer me some direct help? - this is for an important national project and I have to get the thing working... and I had expected it to when I followed the instructions.
