So you are saying when you turn on the BRCK, then connect to it and go to the local dashboard, you do not see your WiFi when you click on Configure on the WiFi tab?
Also, have you managed to register your BRCK? You can send me its WiFi name and we can have a look at things from our end and see if there is another way we can sort you out.
